ICP iEi PUZZLE-3034 compact network appliance
ICP Australia has introduced iEi’s PUZZLE-3034, which provides a cost-efficient way to build SD-WAN infrastructure with additional virtual network functions (VNFs). The product is suitable for small and medium-sized companies that are seeking an effective approach to digital transformation, without significant hardware investment to offer digital experiences for customers in the hybrid work age.
The device is equipped with a server-grade Intel Atom C3758R processor with built-in Intel Virtualisation Technology to boost NFV performance. This model also features eight 2.5 GbE and four 10 GbE SFP+ ports for high-speed data transmission, as well as Intel QuickAssist Technology to improve the performance of network devices.
The product comes with one M.2 2242 and dual M.2 2280 NVMe SSD slots, which are designed to provide faster file access, more efficient data processing and storage expansion. With eight 2.5 GbE and four 10 GbE SFP+ ports, the product provides a 2.5 or even 10x increase in throughput compared with the 1 GbE solution, supporting network possibilities with faster data transfer speeds in virtualisation environments.
Key features include two DDR4 2400 MHz Non-ECC UDIMM, eight 2.5GbE RJ45 LAN ports, four 10 GbE SFP+, one RJ45 console, two USB 3.0 and SATA DOM, 64 GB eMMC.
