Cardinal Components CJ series XO and VCXO high-performance oscillators

Cardinal Components introduces the CJ series of XO factory-configurable oscillators and VCXO voltage-controlled oscillators. The oscillators are suitable for computing, communications, data communications, multimedia, networking, homeland security, industrial and other high-performance applications.

The frequency range is from 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz, with an operating voltage of 2.5 or 3.3 V. The temperature range is both commercial (0 to 70°C) and industrial (-40 to 85°C).

The product output options are CMOS, LVDS and LVPECL and are offered as a surface-mount package: 5 x 7, 5 x 3.2 and 2.5 x 2 mm in ceramic. The series is low-power compliant, with 20 mA in CMOS at 1 to 250 MHz; 23 mA in LVDS at 750 MHz to 1.5 GHz; and 54 mA in LVPECL at 750 MHz to 1.5 GHz.

Stability options include both 25 and 50 ppm options.
