PanJit Semiconductor — A new line of discrete semiconductors at TME
We are pleased to announce that we are now partners and global distributors of the products from Taiwanese company PanJit Semiconductor.
Specialising in discrete semiconductor components, this manufacturer started in the 1980s, steadily growing both its R&D and manufacturing departments, which are currently located in Taiwan, the USA and China. Control over the entire journey of the product, from concept and design to the final stages of production and testing, allows the company to deliver well-thought-out and refined solutions. The emphasis on this aspect is evident even in the company’s motto: “Innovation ‒ Growth ‒ Responsibility – Sustainability”.
TME offers a wide range of basic, off-the-shelf products straight from our warehouses. These include rectifier diodes (including Zener diodes, transil diodes and Schottky diodes), rectifier bridges, and unipolar and bipolar transistors. They can be used in virtually any design and device (if their parameters are adhered to), and their high quality is confirmed by numerous certifications. The TME catalogue also includes components that are compliant with the AEC-Q101 (Automotive) standard. They can be used in industrial applications, controllers, converters and industrial power supplies, as well as in consumer electronics.
PanJit Semiconductor also invests in advanced technologies, which results in the development of silicon carbide (SiC)-based solutions and power management circuits. These, and the other PanJit Semiconductor products, are already available in the TME catalogue, and more will gradually be added to the extensive range of semiconductor components.
