Software design seminars coming up
Keysight Technologies Australia has announced a series of free software design seminars, to be held in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide from 1–6 December. The seminars will address how RF and microwave design has become increasingly complex, with emerging technologies and higher frequencies to consider.
RF and microwave design engineers are facing increasing substrate layer counts, smaller form factors, complex packaging technologies and closer design proximities that make designs ever more challenging. Engineers also face the task of choosing seamless integrated circuit and EM simulation tools that flow from schematic entry through to production and verification.
In order to make the design process more efficient and shorten the time to market, continuous innovation of simulation technology performance is required to increase accuracy while reducing simulation speeds. Keysight’s design software provides RF and microwave solutions with powerful simulation technologies ranging from circuit, electromagnetic (EM) and system level designs.
The seminars will take attendees through the company’s software range, including SystemVue, Advanced Design System (ADS) and Genesys, revealing how the products can be used for 5G, EW and satellite applications, RF board design, RF/microwave and analog filters and more. Admission is free of charge and includes refreshments, a light lunch and free parking via ticket validation.
The seminars will be held at the following dates and locations:
- 1 December (Brisbane) — BTP Conference Centre, Eight Mile Plains
- 2 December (Sydney) — Marriott Courtyard North Ryde Hotel, North Ryde
- 5 December (Melbourne) — Keysight Technologies Australia, Mulgrave
- 6 December (Adelaide) — Technology Park Conference Centre, Mawson Lakes
