NI LabVIEW Developer Days coming to Australia and NZ
National Instruments has opened registrations for the 2013 LabVIEW Developer Days, providing an opportunity for new or existing LabVIEW users to learn about time-saving tips and expert development techniques.
With events taking place in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland during May 2013, NI LabVIEW Developer Days will be free to attend and will provide a range of technical sessions from introductory through to advanced, designed to improve product skills, knowledge and productivity using award-winning NI LabVIEW system design software.
Visiting Australia and New Zealand and presenting at the 2013 LabVIEW Developer Days will be Mike Neal, Core Software Group Manager for National Instruments. Neal’s history at NI spans over 10 years, with his areas of expertise including software engineering, source code management, application distribution, NI web technologies for remote connectivity, mobile and cloud, technical data management and LabVIEW integration with text-based programming languages.
Introductory programmers will take a democentric tour through the LabVIEW platform to find out why graphical programming is used by tens of thousands of engineers across the globe to increase productivity and lower costs for test, control and design applications. Attendees will also explore analysis and signal processing techniques and how to use templates and sample projects.
Intermediate and advanced programmers will learn about the new features in LabVIEW 2012, NI’s vision for the LabVIEW platform, hear tips and tricks, explore features and functions to help code faster, and explore advanced design templates and sample projects.
Additionally, NI is inviting proficient users of LabVIEW to take the Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer exam free of charge at the events.
