Matrix Electronica M2M devices now available in Australia

Australis M2M, a specialist provider of industrial cellular M2M hardware and services, has acquired distributorship for Matrix Electronica’s MTX range of M2M devices in Australasia.

Based in Spain, Matrix Electronica has been supplying products, including MTX M2M devices, since 1991. The company’s products can be used in a wide variety of applications, from simple SMS alarm and control applications (via digital or analog inputs) through to applications requiring complex serial tunnel or other modes of IP connectivity. Examples include irrigation, agriculture, smart metering, serial logging, temperature monitoring for wineries or coolrooms, Modbus alarm and or control, remote connectivity to industrial PLCs, data loggers and remote signs.

Serial modem and ethernet routers are available all with Modbus as standard, and include features such as MQTT, data logging, SNMP and more.
