The company’s calibration department can perform tests that are said to be near impossible when using mechanical loaded calibration machines. The calibration program also covers test and measurement products from other manufacturers.
The company offers calibration services which are fully accredited to ISO 17025:2005; full traceable NIST calibrations for load cells and torque sensors with precision dead weight calibrations from 1 mg to 4536 kg; hydraulic calibrations up to 13,607 kg tension/compression; and the ability to calibrate non-Futek load cells and torque sensors with traceable NIST standards and A2LA accreditations.
Futek also offer an online recalibration and configuration service which provides customers with the ability to select calibration services based on selected sensor information, ensuring the correct calibration service is applied to individual sensors. Services include tension calibration, clockwise direction calibration, counterclockwise direction calibration, clockwise and counterclockwise direction calibration, tension and compression calibration, compression calibration, pressure calibration and vacuum calibration.
