ROLEC inoCASE and inoCASEmini stainless steel electronic enclosures

ROLEC has unveiled is first ever range of stainless steel electronic enclosures: inoCASE V2A and inoCASEmini V2A. The enclosures are rated IP66 for demanding industrial environments such as marine and offshore, the petrochemical industry, dairy and food manufacturing.

The units are available direct from stock with no minimum order quantity and can be specified with CNC laser-cut holes and cut-outs for controls and cable glands. Electropolishing is also available to give a high-quality, corrosion-resistant finish.

Manufactured from 4301/V2A/AISI 304 stainless steel, the devices include smart design features such as a single channel for fixing the lid and mounting the enclosure. This means the enclosures can be securely mounted to walls, bulkheads or machines without having to drill through the base, thus preserving the integrity of the electronics compartment and saving space.

The inoCASE is available in 18 sizes (from 140 x 110 x 60 mm to 430 x 300 x 120 mm), each with a gasket compression ridge in the base, a continuous foam gasket in the lid and M5 mounting and earthing points. There are six sizes of inoCASEmini (from 100 x 70 x 50 mm to 200 x 90 x 60 mm), each with a smooth base (no ridge), a continuous foam gasket in the lid and M4 mounting and earthing points.

Options include IP67 protection, an internal mounting plate and support rails. The company also offers an in-house laser-cutting service of holes and cut-outs for controls, switches, connectors and cable glands, plus laser engraving of legends and logos.
